2nd Liner

As a second liner, your job is to keep the entry process smooth by solving issues, guiding guests with ticket problems to ticketing, and making sure scanners stay efficient. Always check with the entrance manager before making changes and keep an eye out for unauthorized entry. You’ll also help manage gate coverage, ensure scanners are working, and coordinate volunteer breaks. Lastly, keep the buffer area clear and direct waiting guests to security.
