As a trained crew member, you’ll take on more advanced roles with us to support Revolution projects. Shifts will span the entire festival day, so get ready—an event mentality is key.
How to get there
After gaining enough practical experience and attending academy training, you can be invited to become a member of our trained crew.
Responsibilities
Trained crew members are crucial to the success of Revolution projects. As a trained crew member, you will serve as a supervisor, taking responsibility for a shift with a team of volunteers and/or crew. These teams can range from 2 to 50 people.
