We understand it can be difficult to understand how to sign-up for a shift, but do not worry, we got you! To sign-up you will need to create an account on Fleks. Follow the steps below:
⁠  1. Click here to go to our recruitment website: Fleks.
  2. Create an account.
  3. ⁠Check your personal information, such as email, mobile number, etc.
>> It’s important that this information is up-to-date. If we can’t add you to a WhatsApp group a few days prior to the event, your enrolment will be canceled.
  4. ⁠Leave your motivation, upload ALL relevant documents, submit, and wait for acceptance.
  5. ⁠When accepted, you will receive log-in details from Fleks via email and access your new account, it might take up to 2 working days.

Already have an account? That’s great! Here is how you can sign-up:
  1. Open your app
  2. Go to: Open work
  3. ⁠⁠Choose your favourite event
  4. Select your favourite shift(s)
  5. ⁠⁠Read the task description
  6. ⁠⁠Sign-up
  7. ⁠⁠Fill in the quiz
  8. Your all set, congratulations 🎉

⁠Candidacy declined? The admin will leave a comment with some guidelines to get accepted more easily.

To cancel your shift, please send an email to volunteers@revolution-academy.nl
Note that once you have received your briefing, it will not be possible for you to cancel.
People that do not show up for their shift(s) without any prior notice will be placed on our black list. Once on that list, you won’t be welcome in the future anymore.

Yes of course ! But only if spots are still available during your shift.

If you get a free access to the event after your shift, your supervisor will check you out and let you enjoy the festival for as long as you want.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your reward.

One week before the event, you will be added to a WhatsApp group chat. We will then share a briefing and a task description. If you have any questions you will be able to ask them on that group chat. On the day of the event, before starting your shift, your supervisor will brief you again and answer all the questions you may still have.

For short shift we will not provide you with lunch nor diner, however we will prepare some snacks for you to eat.

Revolution Academy does not cover transportation costs. It is under the responsibility of the students to manage their own travel expenses.
