Entrance

Ticket scanners

When a visitor arrives at the festival, our students/crew scans their tickets and hands out a recycle token.

Second Liners

Supporting the ticket scanners, ticket support and making sure there are enough recycle tokens.

Entrance manager

The entrance manager oversees the whole process, is managing the ticket scanners, 2nd liners and is in close contact with security and organisation.

Cup & Coin

Entering the festival

The visitor can use the recycle token to purchase the first drink at the bar without paying a deposit.

Recycle station

If visitors witness behaviour that makes them feel unsafe, they can notify our Social Awareness mobility team. We closely work with first aid and security to create a safe(r) dance floor.

Cup & coin mobility team

The Homebase has two main functions; First it is important for visibility, so all visitors know where to go to get in contact with the awareness team. Second, in case of an incident it is needed to have a stimulus location.

Visitors have been informed by the organisation about our awareness teams and what they do, also what the phone number is which they can contact if needed.
