Flex team Legend

As you can imagine, working with people on a volunteer basis and on events with unpredictable situations, comes with challenges. Regardless of the reason(s), we need to be prepared and come up with a solution on the spot. Therefore, we create a shift like the Flex Team!

Whenever more legends are needed at a specific shift, a supervisor can assign you to this team on the spot. You will receive additional materials and a quick briefing. We can imagine that things can get hectic if you must switch on the spot, or multiple times. To keep an overview, we try to assign you to a shift immediately after check-in at the volunteer desk. This makes it easier for you too, so you know what to do. Sometimes, we do need to rotate flex team members during a shift, despite our efforts to prevent this from happening. Things like this can happen, but we will make sure you know what to do and how to do it!
