What we are looking for

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern with a passion for events, social interaction, sustainability, and music. You should be someone who gives 100% to what you love, doesn’t shy away from challenges, and approaches problems constructively with innovative solutions.

YOUR role as an intern

As our Academy Program Intern, you’ll work closely with one of the project managers, playing a key role in developing and improving Revolution’s projects. Our small and dynamic team (2 FTEs) offers plenty of room for creativity, innovation, and responsibility. You’ll have opportunities to manage your own projects, but flexibility is key as timelines and tasks may evolve.

YOUR responsibilities

• Attend meetings with project managers, crew, and stakeholders. • Participate in brainstorm sessions. • Develop new projects, such as improving volunteer functionalities and creating partnerships. • Manage social media and website content. • Handle operational tasks for the Academy Program. • Lead the program at events and manage productions independently. • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders. • Work at multiple festivals and oversee aftercare for productions.

What you bring

  • Live near Amsterdam or be willing to relocate temporarily.

  • A passion for music festivals and events.

  • Minimum age: 18.

  • MBO (Level 4), HBO, or WO working and thinking level.

  • Proficiency in Dutch (optional) and English (written and verbal).

  • Flexibility to work during weekends for show days.

  • Punctuality, accuracy, and the ability to recharge after busy periods.

  • Bonus: A driver’s license or graphic design experience.
