Role type: Part-time
Duration: 168 hoursAbout the role
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the crew manager in both the preparation and execution of leading events. On average, this role will take 168 hours. This is a unique opportunity to develop your organizational skills while contributing to festivals that bring thousands of people together.
Your responsibilities
Pre-Event Preparation:
- Set up and manage group chats.
- Create and maintain check-in sheets.
- Organize and update drives.
- Plan shifts in scheduling apps.
- Draft and send pre-registration emails.
During the event:
- Assist with crew check-ins.
- Provide operational support and step in where needed.
- Handle additional tasks to ensure smooth event operations.

What we are looking for

Residing near Amsterdam or willing to travel.

A passion for music festivals and event management.

Minimum age of 18 years.

MBO (Level 4), HBO, or WO work and thinking level.

Fluent in Dutch (optional) and English (spoken and written).

Flexibility is essential!

Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to recover quickly after busy periods.
- Bonus: A driver’s license.
