Your role
The first point of contact for visitors is the entrance. To ensure visitors enter as quickly and as safely as possible, an entrance manager is deployed. Their responsibility is to guide the team of ticket scanners, 2nd liners and ticket support, as well as to coordinate with security and the organization, to prevent bottlenecks, unsafe situations and ensure a pleasant experience for visitors.
