At Revolution, volunteers are at the heart of making festivals more sustainable. Depending on the event’s needs, our legends help implement circular systems, ensuring resources are properly managed and waste is minimized. To support them, runners provide guidance from check-in to check-out, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Before their shift, volunteers gather at the Volunteer Lounge or designated meeting point, where they’re welcomed and prepared for their roles. This space serves as a hub for connection, coordination, and relaxation between shifts. From entrance teams to resource management, each volunteer plays a key role in the festival’s operations. Runners help ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time, making the process smooth and efficient.
