Check-in supervisor

At Revolution, volunteers help bring circular systems to life at festivals, ensuring resources are managed sustainably. Supervisors provide guidance from check-in to check-out, making sure everyone feels supported.

Your role involves overseeing the check-in and check-out process for volunteers at the festival. When volunteers arrive at your desk, ask for their identity card, update the check-in sheet, provide them with a wristband, and hand out a Revolution T-shirt. The volunteer runner will be near your station to guide checked-in volunteers to their designated areas or the volunteer lounge. You'll also be responsible for checking them out at the end of their shifts. This includes reversing the process: asking for the T-shirt back, updating the sheet, and returning their ID. Your station will be at the volunteer desk, so be sure to bring your laptop to access the check-in sheet in Google Drive, and you’ll receive the WIFI password from the Revolution Manager.
